Cancellation & Reschedule Request Form
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please use this form to request a reschedule for your market booking. Please review the following policies before submitting your request:
Reschedule Fee: A $40 fee applies to all reschedule requests.
Timing Restrictions: Cancellation or reschedule requests made within one week of the market date will not be eligible for credit, rescheduling, or refunds.
Availability: Reschedule requests will be reviewed and rebooked based on availability. If the requested market date is sold out, we will work with you to find an available alternative.
Location Policy: Reschedules must be for the same market location and booth size originally booked (e.g., a canceled 10×10 booth at the Ala Moana Center Market must be rescheduled to a future Ala Moana Center Market 10×10 booth).
No-Show and Frequent Rescheduling: No-shows, frequent rescheduling, or reschedule requests made within one week of the market date may result in no cancellation credit or refund and may affect your eligibility for future markets.
